• A 50% deposit is due at the time of order with the balance plus shipping charges due when the order is complete and ready for shipment.

• Frames are handmade and custom sized per request, there are no returns on custom order items.

• Custom made products are handmade using centuries old methods and materials. Variations in color, texture, and uniformity are a part of the beauty of these methods and should be expected. An example of this is the clay we use is a naturally occurring substance that varies in color, these variations can range from red to brown and black to grey, depending.

• We make every effort to ensure that your frames arrive safely, custom made wooden crates are available upon request at an additional charge based on the size of the crate.
